Taiwan Day 37: IKEA and Taipei Arena

Day Thirty Seven

In the afternoon Hui Chee and I went to interview the owner of a tea shop that has been operating since the 1960s. She really opened my eyes to how people should treat each other.

After the interview, we went to IKEA because we were craving meatballs! Unfortunately they didn't taste like the ones at the IKEA back home because these were more pork/chicken based but ours taste more like beef. At least the mashed potato was good!

Diagonal from the IKEA location was the Taipei Arena. We roamed inside to look at the skating rink which was quite small. Nothing much was going on inside the arena but there were some young people hanging out there.

Short post for today and perhaps for the following days because we don't have anymore travel plans :(

Take care,
